Informative, structured and inspiring!

After many years away from the electric guitar Steve has helped me regain my inspiration for the instrument with lessons structured specifically towards my needs and aspirations. Highly recommended.

Goose (satellite) Guitar Solo Excerpt

This lesson focuses on the Goose track ‘Satellite’ featuring a short excerpt from Rick Mitarotonda’s solo, which is beautifully constructed, phrased and developed. The nature of the progression is such that you must ‘play the changes’ since the chord progression consistently evolves and moves ergonomically up firstly in tones, then semi-tones. Am7 > Bm7 > C#m7 > D7 > D#7 > E7.

Use the soundslice below to slow down, loop and repeat sections as you need.

In addition you can download a PDF of the TAB/ notation and a backing track to play along - both free from my store.

Also available with more viewing options at my Soundslice homepage.
